I’m pretty sure when our kids go to school its the aim to get as messy as possible! Pops comes home from school covered in different colours and marks and when I ask her what shes been up to all I get back is ‘I can’t remember’ or ‘Nothing’… sound familiar?
My favourite thing to do is say I bet her (whatever colour shes covered in) picture looked really nice which she gets so confused about and keeps asking how I know ‘Mums know everything!’. This probably wouldn’t work with older kids but its fun while I can.
Pops gets to wear polo shirts for school and they are not too expensive but I still want to make sure i’m not having to re buy loads throughout the year. We have 5 so she can wear a new one each day without having to panic if there’s clean ones and at the end of the week they all get washed, dried and ironed for the week.
I am not a fan of ironing but have made the effort to have a weekly iron marathon of school and work uniform because it makes the week of school runs so much eaiser.
With waiting until the end of the week if there is any stains I need to make sure I treat them on the day they come so I tested this out with the ACE we were sent for this post.
Here are the results ;
Until the next post,
Are and Pops.
