Week one weigh in.



Last week (I thought) was really good. I was watching what I ate and trying to move more but as the weekend approach the snacks crept in, add a roast dinner to that and it was a gain of 3 pound. So disappointed in myself as im more then ready to lose this ‘baby’ weight… and all the rest of it too. We go on holiday in around 3 weeks and I have to get shifting some of this weight.

If you have any Healthy snacks/meals/smoothies recipes let me know them in the comments… or motivational stories! I could do with reading a few of those.

Week one didnt go to plan but today is the start of a new week and I’m feeling positive… and a little hungry 🙊
